Miners use this technique to put concord on grid in the belief it improves their survivability from ganks, which it doesnt, used to be deemed an exploit but has since been confused by inconsistent GM petittion responses to the point it is no longer regarded an exploit and miners happily do so.
Conversely, for a criminal to use this to draw the same Concord out of the belt would require them going GCC anyway so it is simply a criminal being shot for GCC, duh.

I stand corrected, I apologise for calling it an exploit in the context I posted. Clearly it is not, according to the information you have given me here.
The reason you got treated in the manner you did is because you were blatantly clueless but trying to state facts that didn't exist and hadn't bothered to explain what you were thinking. This means either a.) you are a pompous twit or b.) you were trolling. In either situation, you didn't deserve much more than you got.
